Return Eligibility

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs may not be refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
